**The Role**

A key role in our Digital Customer and Strategy space, to create and execute change management plans including Communication Plans and on occasion, Training Plans where required, for programs that enable our stakeholders to understand implications and successfully implement changes. This role also supports delivery of programs and project benefits through the management of behavioural change and process adoption and is fluid in supporting other change needs as directed by Bank Business. It is a role where Customer Obsession should be at the forefront of mind in everything executed.

This role will be specifically working within the Everyday Banking Tribe, overseeing all changes across initiatives occurring under the program. However, could be pulled into assist another of the 3 Tribes where required.

**What you’ll do**
- Take a broad view of the environment to create a change strategy (including change and communications) across multiple interdependent projects or streams of work. The change strategy will take into account complexity of operating environment, reflect the breadth of stakeholders and organisational change and align within the project charter and business expectations
- Articulate success and OKRs of the program and support communication for benefits of change
- Develop and execute integrated change plans across complex tribes, missions, or initiatives including key scope, milestones and governance
- Understand all change impacts and identify opportunities to exploit or manage risks (includes communication and training plan integration)
- Assess employee readiness and manage trade-offs of competing priority delivery within a program or broader Suncorp Program of Work (PoW)
- Manage change analysts on individual projects to align plans and work across functions (if applicable)
- Communicate across senior leaders and stakeholders to manage business readiness and impacts to strategies and plans
- Manage issues and risks relating to or arising from change, communications and business readiness
- Participate in the Suncorp Change Community of Practice to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives relating to change management delivery, be a respected thought leader within the Change Management discipline at Suncorp by sharing learnings, successes and tips with other change practitioners and act as a role model to change managers in Suncorp and coach employees and leaders alike
- Support the capability development of individuals to better lead, plan, participate, manage or support changes within the business through coaching and mentoring support
- Ensure embedding changes is executed to a high standard and the success measured to assist with handover to BAU
- Visit frontline staff and operations staff who work closely with customers to ensure your change management strategy keeps the customer in the forefront of mind at all times

**What you’ll bring**
- Formal Project or Change Management related certification (desired)
- Formal coaching certification (desired)
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Technology field (desired)
- 5+ years project and people engagement related change experience (mandatory)
- 5+ years working within transformations (desired)
- 2+ years working within Agile environments (desired)
