**About the Role**:
Lead the administrative team and work with the Leadership and Operational Teams to ensure that all relevant targets, customers legislative, contractual and safety requirements are met.

**About the Responsibilities**:

- Ensure effective communication with all internal stakeholders, external supplier and customers to ensure a smooth daily operation
- Accountable to perform procedural, operational, administrative and business support activities, manage workflow and resources, set work area priorities and team plans, detailing measurable milestones and expected outcomes. Key activities include
- ** Manage administrative budgets and monitor ongoing operating expenses.
- Hire and training administrative staff
- WIP administration from both a scheduling and invoicing perspective
- Safety Compliance
- Customer contractual obligations are compliant (KPIs)
- Work collaboratively, build and sustain effective relationships, provide advice and guidance on challenges and guide and mentor less experienced employees.
- Engage and negotiate with stakeholders on challenges, resolve problems and implement alternative courses of action to achieve business outcomes.

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills,
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and exercise discretion.
- Considerable level of experience with stakeholder engagement and be able to identify, anticipate and respond to stakeholders’ needs and expectations in order to achieve business outcomes.
- Experience with supervising/leading a team
