We are onboarding customers left, right and centre and need someone to liaise, coordinate and manage multiple onboarding deliverables seamlessly. **A little about the role and responsibilities**:
We are on the lookout for an exceptional individual with a strong rapport in client and project management preferably (but not exclusively) in a SaaS, B2B environment.
Joining our growing Customer Success team as the customer onboarding specialist, you will coordinate with our newly signed up and upgrading clients to ensure their onboarding is seamless and successful.
**Some responsibilities of the role**:
- Onboarding and activation of new customers
- Minimising Time to Value by effective pre-sale and post-sale training and ongoing support of our products via video webinars (live and pre-recorded)
- Continuous coordination across departments as part of our cross-functional team to ensure customer requirements are met
- Create and maintain internal documentation and external knowledge bases
- Analyse and report on client data as required by generating reports from both platforms
- Be proactive in ensuring data quality, raising any discrepancies internally for further investigation, and informing customers in a timely manner
- Maintain proactive client contact to nurture existing relationships through regular business reviews
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve current practices and be proactive in bringing these to attention
- Open to flexible hours due to customer time zone restraints
- Organised and autonomous work ethic
