**The Opportunity**:
Kinetic is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Systems Analyst with a specialization in Asset Management. Supporting the IT systems team, this position is responsible for overall administration, configuration, optimisation, and support with focus on critical operations systems. This includes but is not limited to, maintaining system BAU status, managing system updates with vendor support, testing, general trouble shooting, administrative support for system users, ongoing system improvements, and integrations.
You will also be responsible for providing key system analysis to stake holders in project planning and development. Manage system initiatives and road map to align with wider IT pipeline of works.
**You'll be Involved in**:
- Support business leads to establish and maintain system rules and process.
- Monitor and undertake regular data integrity analysis and clean up.
- Maintain system user database including onboarding and offboarding users in the system regularly.
- Ensure all system upgrades are tested and working as implemented in line with Change Management Processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and consolidation between various systems to create a more seamless working environment for end users.
- Manage system development projects and maintain internal stakeholders and vendor relations.
- Support and train staff in the use of the system and kiosk functionality.
- Ensure critical issues are investigated and resolved for dedicated system.
**The Boxes You'll Tick**:
- Degree in Information Technology, Business, or relevant work experience.
- Experience as an Analyst/Owner. (ERP, Logistics or Passenger Transport Operation system highly desirable)
- Proven experience in providing software technical support and system administration.
- Strong attention to details and the ability to manage projects.
- Proven experience managing stakeholder and vendor relations and co-ordinating Development works.
- Ability to steer projects with multiple stakeholders internal and external.
- Experience managing change and release cycles and completing relevant documentation desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and an approachable demeanour. Ability to engage support from internal stakeholders and build strategic relationships.
- Proven ability to plan, identify, manage, and address system/ admin risks and issues.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business and positive approach to a continual changing work environment.
- Analytical mindset and a passion for continuous improvement would be well suited for this role.
