You will be instrumental in driving the product roadmap, improving the company’s global payroll systems product. Experience in this area is key, and you will have exposure to the UK, New Zealand, and other locations as well as within Australia.

You will collaborate with clients and prospects to help create the future of a rules-driven global engine by having a thorough awareness of local government and/or educational requirements.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Using the Product Backlog and Input Strategies to support wise investment decisions, draught business cases and feasibility studies for roadmap items
- Manage a team of Business Analysts to produce user stories, shape and validate requirements, and prioritise the product backlog
- Directing the testing of new features and improvements to guarantee the release of a product that will delight customers
- Driving the delivery roadmap and guaranteeing quality product outcomes
- Creating a global product roadmap to deliver an experience for reward and wellbeing solutions

**About you**:

- Prior experience in a relevant role
- Experience within HR/Payroll technology highly regarded
- Leadership skills - you create a collaborative atmosphere that fosters the production of high-quality work
- Highly collaborative and an excellent communicator
