We are now recruiting an experienced **ICT System Analyst **to join our motivational and dynamic professional team to contribute to our clients. With a strong focus on analysing clients’ business IT needs, and designing and implementing feasible IT solutions, you will report directly to the IT Manager and be responsible for interpreting clients’ needs and working collaboratively with the development team to match clients’ requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements for new solutions or enhancements to existing systems. This involves understanding business needs and translating them into technical specifications.
- Design IT solutions that meet the specific needs of clients, including customisations, configurations, and integrations with other systems and processes.
- Oversee implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This includes planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Analyse data within the systems to generate insights and reports that support business decision-making. This may involve creating custom reports or utilising BI tools.
- Provide support to users, resolving issues and answering queries related to the system.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure users are proficient in using the system effectively.
- Conduct testing of solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure they meet quality standards and requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides. This is essential for ongoing support and future enhancements.
- Continually evaluate the effectiveness of IT solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancements to support evolving business needs.
- regular communication with stakeholders, including clients, project team members, and senior management, to keep them informed of project progress and any issues that arise.

The essential requirements for this position:

- Minimum of 3 years experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and highly organised.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
