**Job Title**: Systems Analyst
The **Office of Industrial Relations (OIR)** is seeking a **Systems Analyst** to support the **Data+ Program**. This role will involve analysing and designing data systems that align with OIR’s objectives for data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. You will assess current systems, design technical specifications, and lead data integration initiatives. A typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, developing data models, implementing data pipelines, and ensuring that systems comply with regulatory requirements and security standards.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Higher learning degree in data science, computer science, or information technology.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in system analysis, design, and implementation with a focus on data management and analytics.
- Proficiency in data modelling, SQL, and data integration technologies (e.g., ETL tools, API integration).
- Experience with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (highly desirable).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- Temporary full-time contract until June 30, 2025, with the possibility of a 12-month extension.
- Competitive salary based on industry standards.
- Standard 40-hour workweek (Monday to Friday).
- Payroll tax exemption for all engagements.
