**About the Company**
- Talent International have partnered with a highly reputable Australian Higher Education institution to recruit a Collaboration Technologies Lead.**About the Role**
- The purpose of this role is to facilitate the adoption of collaboration and productivity technology among the organisation's end-users, with the aim of uplifting their digital capability in the workplace.
- The Collaboration Technologies Lead will need to engage with stakeholders and end-users across the business to understand their needs and identify pain points, then develop and execute a strategy for these technologies whilst also establishing and managing governance.- Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute a strategy for collaboration and productivity tools
- Revamp the product roadmap based on feedback from key stakeholders in accordance with business outcomes
- Work with technical team to properly manage the MS 365 platform and other services
- Develop, maintain and ensure ongoing review of relevant governance frameworks, standards and policies
- Analyse and report on how well the tools are being used, how easy they are to use, and if they follow accessibility rules
- Manage the design and ongoing management of campaigns and communication materials used to encourage people to use MS 365 and related digital working products and services
- Assess problems, take action and track progress until resolved
- Plan and carry out training and skills improvement program for MS 365
**Requirements**:
- Successful track record of leading change in both business culture and technology in a changing environment
- Up-to-date knowledge on workplace technology including collaboration and productivity tools
- Good understanding of cybersecurity, business recovery, and high availability systems
- Experience creating and carrying out technology plans and roadmaps
- Knowledge and experience in analyzing business processes and performance
- Strong understanding of best practices for updating services and communication
- Excellent communication and presentation skills that are simple and effective, with the ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with agile service management using Kanban, SCRUM, or other Agile methods
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices (PCI-DSS, ISO/IEC27001-2, ISO/IEC 27031).
- Relevant higher education degree, qualifications or equivalent experience
