**About the Role**:
Reporting to the IROC+ Mine Control Superintendent we are seeking a highly motivated Production Coordinator to join our IROC+ Execution team in Brisbane, working a 7:7 Day Shift only roster.

The role will see you perform an extremely diverse and challenging range of work across our 5 open cut coal operations including interactions with multiple site and functional stakeholders. Expertise across Coal Mining & Prestrip activities is advantageous.

In this role you will:

- Ensure conformance with the BHP Charter, the BHP Group Level Documents, Code of Conduct and relevant statutory obligations
- An overriding commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable development
- Manage, review & provide feedback on IROC Controller performance against the 24 hour plans
- Own the IROC+/Site Interface review meeting on behalf of the IROC+ team and ensure deviations to plan are discussed, actions are captured for both IROC+ and Site
- Own actions assigned to IROC+ during the interface meeting and complete actions (delegate if necessary) in agreed timeframes
- Provide coaching to IROC+ Controllers, and conduct audits on the effectiveness of preparation, conversations, and bias to action in the interface meeting
- Drive accountability with site stakeholders to deliver on agreed actions in IROC+/Site Interface Review meetings
- Liaise with IROC Supervisors to provide feedback on the performance of the team, and provide focus areas of development
- Conduct regular Short Interval Control discussions to coach and intervene in real time to improve production outcomes, recording the Controller performance
- Promote standardisation and consistency across the floor and across crews and work closely with the Integrated Control Specialist to improve process standardisation

**About You**:

- You will have experience with mine production activities. Previous supervisor experience in Mine Control or site will be well regarded
- You will demonstrate the confidence to lead by example, hold yourself and others accountable and coach others in 'Safety Leadership' and operational discipline
- Experience developing and fostering collaborative working relationships, enabling you to influence, and facilitate change
