As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team and working closely with HR managers and team members.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, organising orientation sessions, and ensuring seamless integration into the company
- Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Act as a point of contact for employees' HR-related queries and provide timely and accurate responses
- Act as lead on WHS processes, including incident management, RTW, emergency response, Workcover administration and first aid training

**Ideally, you'll have**:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources is highly regarded
- Familiarity with the Fair Work Act and HRIS
- Demonstrated HR generalist administration
- Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise, manage time and meet deadlines
- Enthusiastic growth mindset
