The People and Culture Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for all P&C stakeholders and assists in initiatives that promote engagement, professional development, and organisational effectiveness.

We are seeking a motivated **People & Culture Coordinator**with a sense of humour to join our growing organisation. If you love working with people, this is a fantastic opportunity to use your talents to directly impact employee satisfaction and business success.

**You Will**:

- Support and enhance our lively company culture through events, recognition programs, and diversity initiatives
- Onboard new team members with care to set them up for success from day one
- Handle employee queries and provide guidance with empathy and discretion
- Coordinate learning opportunities to help our people continuously develop
- Track employee data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in people-related practices
- Provide admin and office support to the P&C leadership team
- Promote health, safety, and wellness through workplace initiatives

**You Have**:

- 2+ years of HR coordination experience
- Minimum diploma in Human Resources or similar
- Outstanding relationship-building and communication abilities
- A passion for creating a supportive, equitable work culture
- Expertise in HR systems and processes
- Impeccable ethics, empathy, and emotional intelligence
