**Project Information**
- It is client-centric: supporting targeted, needs-based responses to children, young people, parents, families, carers and communities while delivering earlier and more effective interventions.
- It is integration-enabling: designed around collaboration and information sharing, enabling connected and integrated responses to clients across government agencies and non-government partners.
- It is data driven, enabling the effective monitoring of outcomes to improve the experiences of children, young people and families and ensures that future investment is directed to what works
- A four-year program to replace the Integrated Client Management System (ICMS).
- It's more than just the replacement of the core ICT system - it will have a broad focus on supporting staff, continuing service reforms and enabling more streamlined processes.
- Unify will improve information sharing and collaboration across Queensland Government, social services and justice sectors while engaging with young people, families, carers and services.
- Unify will also implement a contemporary case and client management system that will enable the best outcomes for vulnerable children, young people and their families
- Unify is being configured and customised on a MS Dynamics 365 platform using Customer Service and Field Service modules.
- MS Dynamics 365 also interfaces with Azure (Cloud) integration services and Open Text integration

- **Senior D365 Developer** - Part of a team responsible for the deployment, support, development and maintenance of the Unify Dynamics CRM solutions and all associated products, including custom workflows, plug-ins and various integrations.
- **D365 Techni functional Consultant** - This role will have key responsibility for the functional to technical mapping, user story grooming, data analysis and integration mappings, whilst also involved with developing, supporting, deploying and maintaining the Unify Dynamics CRM solutions
