A large commercial organisation requires an experienced L&D Consultant to create competency frameworks.

**Your new company**

Your new company is a large commercial organisation whose technology division has undergone a recent restructure and therefore requires an experience L&D Consultant to create competency frameworks for the new job families.

**Your new role**

In your capacity as Capability Consultant you are responsible for the design and implementation of competency frameworks for our Technology teams. Your duties will include:

- You will work closely with Technology leads and PE Partners to develop regular learning and development initiatives linked to the competency frameworks
- You will design learning pathways and curate learning materials for Tech teams to create easy to access skill and career development resources within our in house as well as externally provided LMS platforms for tenured and early career tech employees.
- You will research and design skill assessment tools to enable individual skill assessment with recommended learning materials as well as functional level skill assessment to aid functional level learning initiatives and employee mobility.
- Development of capability programs and resources, in consultation with the Design team, to support business objectives at organisational, business unit, team and individual level.
- Conduct training needs analysis identifying skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
- Design and deliver across multiple mediums - face to face, webinar, self-guided learning etc.
- Measure the return on investment of our key initiatives and conduct external benchmarking to build best practice into our programs.
- Leverage technology to create engaging learning experiences.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- To succeed in this role you must have demonstrated experience in designing competency frameworks.
- Experience in training needs analysis and capability uplift.
- Strong blended learning design skills

- You will receive a daily rate of $700-$900 + super.
