Integration Services Specialist

Deliver and operate technology integration services on a day to day basis to ensure effective and efficient technology delivery, using service frameworks, architectures and solutions supporting the IT Strategic Plan and customers.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Deliver, operate and implement integration services across all sites ensuring service levels, availability, capacity and resilience.
- Collaborate with all IT teams and relevant frameworks to provide information on integration services supporting, delivery, development and continuous improvement of future foundation services.
- Work with external service providers to operate and implement the day to day maintenance and monitoring of all integration systems and services, informing the functional lead of any risks, issues and performance impacts.
- Collate and deliver information to monitor and maintain integration services reports and processes.
- Provide information on operational performance metrics and dashboards for all IT integration services.
- Ensure adherence to IT policy, process and frameworks.
- Ensure risks and issues are identified and reported on a continual basis to the functional lead, ensuring customer focused delivery.
- Implement tasks allocated by the functional lead to operate integration services to meet customer service requirements
- Staff may be required to participate in to provide emergency response outside normal business hours.
- Staff may be required to carry out planned work outside normal business hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Key requirements**:

- TIBCO and Axway Specialist - Skills/Experience.
- At least three years Production Support experience in a middleware/integration team.
- Strong experience in maintaining complex TIBCO integrations.
- Strong technical experience supporting UNIX shell script.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of ITSM.
- Curious and keen to learn and improve.
- Exposure to the following added advantage:

- TIBCO Administrator
- TIBCO BPM
- TIBCO BWPM
- TIBCO EMS
- TIBCO BW Designer
- Axway SecureTransport (Secure File Transfer)
- Axway API Gateway
- Axway Sentinel
- Creating technical documentations and guides.
