**About the position**
The IT Deployment Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient deployment and support of IT hardware and software systems in Parliament House and across the Electorate Offices in New South Wales. They will provide hands-on technical expertise to the many stakeholders across the organisation as well as providing end-user support as part of the daily operations of the Service Desk team.

**About you**
- Proven experience in IT deployment and support.
- Proven service desk experience handling, actioning, and resolving IT support tickets.
- Relevant IT qualifications or comparable workforce experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a comprehensive understanding of hardware and software systems.
- The ability to lift and transport hardware as required.
- A valid NSW driver's license.
