
Information Coordinator

The Information Management & Archive Services (IMAS) team is responsible for implementing an information management framework across Edith Cowan University (ECU). This includes educating and supporting clients in the effective management and long-term preservation of ECU’s information assets.
As the Information Coordinator, you will leverage your technical expertise and information management knowledge to design and deliver a comprehensive training program in information and records management. This includes developing and reviewing guidelines, procedures, and best practices to support ECU staff. Reporting to the IMAS Manager and working closely with the Information Adviser, you will provide technical oversight of ECU’s recordkeeping systems—both standalone and In Place —to drive process improvements, enhance business outcomes, and ensure compliance with information management legislative requirements.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full time ongoing position attracts remuneration of $92,087 to $99,353 pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
