**PART-TIME PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO FOUNDER**

**REMOTE ROLE - MUST BE LOCATED IN MELBOURNE**

**2 TO 3 DAYS PER WEEK | VIEW TO FULL-TIME**

An opportunity to partner directly with a high-profile technology founder, providing hands-on personal and lifestyle support with the utmost discretion and trust.

This role will suit a polished, grounded Personal Assistant who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment — someone who can anticipate needs, create calm, and bring order to a fast-paced personal life.

**The Opportunity**:
Working closely with an accomplished founder, you’ll manage all aspects of his personal and private affairs — from diary and travel through to property, events, and household coordination. You’ll be the central point of contact for everything that keeps life running smoothly, while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complex diary and inbox management, prioritising across business and personal commitments
- Domestic and international travel coordination, accommodation, and logistics
- Personal errands, appointments, and household administration
- Liaison with family members, private offices, suppliers, and contractors
- Event and function planning — from private dinners to milestone celebrations
- Oversight of lifestyle logistics such as memberships, gifts, and reservations
- Expense management, reconciliation, and general administration
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and confidante with impeccable discretion

- ** 5+ years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, EA, or Lifestyle Manager — ideally supporting a founder, entrepreneur, or HNW individual**:

- High emotional intelligence and ability to anticipate needs before they arise
- Professional polish and sound judgment, with an appreciation for confidentiality and boundaries
