**Who we are**:
The Walk is a boutique integrated marketing agency with a global reach. We offer our clients comprehensive marketing solutions across strategy, creative development, digital marketing, and production. As part of our next exciting growth phase, we’re looking for a dynamic co-founder to help us thrive as we build and transform.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead new business development efforts, bringing in new clients and opportunities.
- Manage key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Ensure the highest quality of work, contributing to the creative process and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
- Be an important part of building our staff roster and expanding our network of talent.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A self-starter with at least 10 years of relevant marketing agency experience.
- A degree in marketing (or related field) and a strong understanding of integrated marketing.
- A leader who values diversity, collaboration, and innovative thinking.
- Someone with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creative excellence.
- A focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
- A versatile and adaptable professional who’s excited by change and not afraid of new thinking.
