The Relationship Manager
- Hybrid team are the pillars of partnership driving the ResCom sales team for
- You will be the strategic partner that is the link between our customers and the people that can drive growth and success.

You’ll work as part of a cross functional team known as a HIVE which consists of members who manage Specialist Sales, Success and Support. When you join the Relationship Manager
- Hybrid team within the Customer Group you join a wider group of like-minded individuals representing product, IT, sales and marketing, supported by PR, communications, HR, finance, legal - all the people you need to create products our consumers love and customers value.

What the role is all about
- Manage and maintain relationships with customers utilising both virtual and F2F channels, ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify customer needs and growth opportunities, engage and introduce relevant Hive team members to action.
- Grow revenue through product upgrades and maintain 100% product retention.
- Drive product and feature usage through quarterly business reviews and connecting customers with Customer Success.
- Maintain strong relationships with Hive team members across Specialist Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support and Sales Support.
- Drive a strategic portfolio and territory plan with Hive team engagement.
- Maintain and grow depth of relationship with key customers and execute effective customer engagement programs.

- Someone with a proven track record of building meaningful connections to multiple stakeholders, both virtually and in person
- Someome with strong communication skills
- A ‘can do’ attitude
- Someone who approaches tasks creatively - those who ‘think outside the box’
- A ‘people person’ - relationships are the core of what we do. Customers should feel connected and supported
- Any experience in SaaS is desirable
- Knowledge of real estate and marketing methods helpful
- Advertising and online experience highly desirable
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Previous use of CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens
- Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment - #gsd (urban dictionary will help on this one)
