The Gig
You'll be the smiling face of Dalekit (and, when needed, the friendly voice on the other end of the phone) — the kind of person clients look forward to seeing, not the one they screen calls from. Your mission? Build unshakable relationships with our existing customers and charm new ones into joining the Dalekit family. Think diplomat for smooth dealings, detective for spotting opportunities, and party host for keeping the vibe positive. And don't stress about the technical nitty-gritty — we've got a crack team in the office who live for that stuff. You just bring the rapport, the energy, and the follow-through.

What You'll Do (Besides Drink Coffee with Clients)
- Visit at least 12 existing customers each week — and roll out the red carpet for our top 10 (figuratively, unless you actually have one, in which case… bonus points). Minimum means minimum.
- Keep tabs on client birthdays, hobbies, and quirks (yes, we actually want you to know if they're into fishing or fancy cheese).
- Spot when a customer's sales dip, swoop in to fix it, and make them feel special again.
- Turn new enquiries into loyal customers faster than you can say "awning installation."
- Work with marketing to keep clients engaged, excited, and maybe a little bit addicted to us.
- Keep your customer diary detailed enough to put a soap opera writer to shame.
- Be our in-person brand ambassador — polite, professional, and able to leave clients with a smile.
- Deliver a weekly or fortnightly report that's clear, concise, and (preferably) written in words rather than interpretive dance. Include wins, challenges, client updates, and what's coming next — so we're all in the loop and no one has to play guess who.
