Located between our facilities in Padstow and Padstow Heights, the Admissions & Customer Service Coordinator will report directly to the Facility Managers of our Southhaven and Casa Mia Facilities in Padstow and Padstow Heights and will work closely with our admissions team.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, residents, families, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and negotiate respite and permanent agreements with residents and their families, ensuring clear terms and conditions that align with Infinite Aged Care objectives.
- Work with the Sales team to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in regulations that could impact the aged care market.
- Work with the Sales team to represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and establish new connections.
- Collaborate with community organisations, senior centres, and healthcare professionals to increase awareness of Infinite Aged Care services.

**About you**

You will be an incredibly motivated person who has empathy, compassion, and a genuine interest in supporting the needs of elderly individuals. You will also have:

- The ability to problem solve and ‘think on your feet’.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with residents, families, and team members effectively. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably in Aged Care or Healthcare Industry.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of common office software like Microsoft Office, CRM software and other relevant tools.
- As part of being an Infinite Aged care employee you will be required to complete pre-employment checks_.
