An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of a Support Coordinator for our company based in Sydney.

Your role assesses the needs of individuals and coordinates responses that support their goals to those who are in receipt of NDIS funding packages. This role is the perfect opportunity for a passionate caring, person who loves working in a team but can also thrive when working independently.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Demonstrated experience in service coordination or practical experience within the disability sector
- Knowledge of NDIS and other government department policies and procedures
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to liaise effectively with participants, customers, community groups, employees, external agencies, government departments and other stakeholders.
- Ability to undergo a satisfactory background check including NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
- National Police Records Check.
- Valid NSW Driver Licence (minimum P2) +
- Comprehensively Insured Vehicle.
- Covid Vaccinations.
- Minimum 2 years Paid Experience Support Coordination of NDIS Clients.
