**Position Summary**:
Tuff Nutterz is seeking a dedicated and organised Program and Operations Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale family-friendly inflatable events across Australia. This role is key to ensuring smooth execution of touring logistics, equipment setup, staffing, and stakeholder engagement in line with business goals and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate the full lifecycle of mobile inflatable events, including site setup, logistics, staff assignments, and schedules across various Australian regions.
- Liaise with local authorities, vendors, and venues to ensure permits, access, and compliance for each event location.
- Manage procurement and transport of equipment and supplies for each tour stop, maintaining accurate inventory and timelines.
- Supervise event teams on-site, ensuring daily briefings, task delegation, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor event budgets, expenses, and resource allocation, preparing reports for management after each tour stage.
- Track progress and outcomes of each event, identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as event run sheets, schedules, compliance reports, and staff rosters.
- Support marketing and ticketing coordination with HQ teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in Business, Event Management, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- At least 3 years’ experience in operations, event coordination, or project administration roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage mobile or travelling operations with dynamic conditions.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel nationally and work flexible hours, including weekends.

**Salary Range**
The annual salary offered for this position is between AUD $78,000 and AUD $85,000, which meets the market rate for this occupation and complies with Australian workplace laws. Salary payments will be made on a monthly basis, proportional to the total annual amount.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
