Program Coordinator - Change and Transformation (Fixed-term Contract)

The Program Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the Program Management Office (PMO) for large-scale strategic projects. This role requires a highly organized and experienced individual to support the planning, execution, and governance of programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivery of expected outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program coordination within large transformation projects, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex workstreams and activities. They will demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.

What you need to have
  • 10 years' experience working within a project management discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project coordination, preferably within a consulting or corporate environment
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PMBOK, PRINCE) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a PMO role within large, complex or multi-year programs including demonstrated leadership in driving program success through effective coordination and governance.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Expert in MS Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.
  • Proven experience in producing high quality project communications and presentations.
