**Key Accountabilities**:

- Analyse and assess operational and administrative support requirements, provide recommendations, and implement systems and processes.
- Lead and contribute to administrative projects under broad guidance, as assigned, to support PMO operations, program objectives, and effective program management.
- Develop, and provide guidance on PMO policies, processes, and standards in line with EPMO.
- Maintain program-related records, libraries, documentation management, and team communications systems and tools including SharePoint.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the program management support processes, tools, and resources such as templates and procedures, identifying gaps and implementing improvements.
- Coordinate and perform a range of project and administrative activities for tasks such as procurement, financial transactions, budget administration, resources management, and support for fmanagement-relatedent related software, tools and IT equipment.
- Provide support for meetings, forums, and stakeholder relations including communications, scheduling, meetings, workshops, agendas, action logs, and tracking.
- Strong experience and skill in secretarial work - taking minutes, stakeholder management/engagement, and governance.
