**Shopt** is a new service offering within our retail marketing capabilities and has taken our expertise in retail servicing into the digital world. It’s an app-based technology, exclusive to the Australian market, that gives our clients digital reach into a nation-wide footprint of retail stores. Currently in launch mode across independent grocery and independent liquor, it’s bringing innovation to the traditional model of retail servicing.

**About the Role**

As a Program Operations Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to be hands-on with the Shopt digital servicing platform, and work towards the effective management of daily and weekly systems of submissions, deployment, validation, and reporting.

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to the following:

- Prioritising tasks and coordinating the submission and validation process to operate a highly efficient back of house, adhering to procedural control measures
- Seek efficiencies through process improvement (methodology, process, and template development)
- Utilising program dashboards, provide concise weekly & monthly Shopt program reporting including but not limited to KPI reporting, category, and banner performance, and offer insights with the goal of driving sales, distribution, execution, and ROI for client stakeholders
- Provide excellent client service and build strong relationships with multiple client stakeholders
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders

**About You**

We are seeking an individual who loves working in a dynamic and fun atmosphere. Ideally, you will come from an independent retail or sales admin background and are keen to develop in a client facing role.

You will also possess:

- Strong multi-tasking skills, coupled with your keen eye for detail will see you succeed in this role
- Great initiative and keen to share and develop ideas
- Build and maintain external and internal stakeholder relationships
- Solid communication and client service skills that will create raving reviews
