Maintenance Supervisor wanted to lead a small team of six

**Your new company**
Is an Australian owned and operated precast manufacturer, with plants located across the continent. Having gone from strength to strength with major investments in high technology machinery, this company has a constant drive for innovation, environmental impact, and more flexible and very efficient customer service.

**Your new role**
Your new role is as the Maintenance Supervisor -running a small team of six. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager who oversees all maintenance across the group, this is your opportunity to be both hands on, and also have the oversight to run an efficient site. The plant runs Monday - Saturday morning, and your usual hours will be Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm.

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed, you'll be able to run an effective team, and lead from the front. This is an excellent role for someone who has been working in maintenance and is looking to step up in their career. Working knowledge of preventative maintenance systems and a strong commitment to WH&S, will be looked at favourably, as will a background in fitting and turning, or relevant competencies.

**What you'll get in return**
In return, you will receive a regular Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm week. A salary starting at $90000 with potential to go higher depending on experience, as well as penalties and allowances, ongoing training and development, real internal growth opportunities, and a strong commitment to WH&S with a dynamic team.
