Ours is a culture built over 50 years, and it’s the reason for our continued success.Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works.We are currently seeking experienced Brisbane based Supervisors for local work.The role of Supervisor will see you working on General Plant Maintenance in Wacol and be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising daily maintenance activities of work crews; ensuring compliance of HSE, Quality, Production, and environmental requirements are met.**Why Us?**

**What you will bring**
- Minimum 12 months experience as a trade-based Supervisor
- Australian recognised Trades qualification - Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker.
- The drive to get hands on and lead by example
- Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet project requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record in effective health and safety management on site
- Open Drivers Licence.
- Proof of Right to work in Australia.
