**The Opportunities**

Due to continual growth, our client is looking for a motivated and driven Production Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to join their dedicated team within their newly expanded Wyong (NSW) based high-end facility. With in-house training on offer, the Wyong team specialises in filtration products and services for industries like compressed air and gas, engine and vehicles, hydraulics, processing, and industrial dust, fume, and mist.

**Mechanical Fitters**
- Follow preventative maintenance procedures inspect and test machinery and equipment to detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variations with Supervisors or other maintenance employees to diagnose.
- Disassemble defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
- Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
- Layout, assemble, install, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
- Set up and operates machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs and fixtures, and tools.
- Safely use all plant equipment (forklift, shrink wrapping and strap machine, etc.) in line with company safety policies and procedures.

**Maintenance Supervisor**
- Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, equipment specifications, and training manuals for the maintenance department to deliver effective and efficient services to agreed operating standards.
