**Your new role**:
We’re looking for an inspiring and experienced leader to take on a key role in guiding non-clinical mental health support services led by individuals in designated lived and living experience roles. This position plays a vital part in fostering recovery-oriented support through peer-led approaches.

As Team Leader, you’ll manage program delivery, provide strategic leadership, and support the continued development of our lived and living experience workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring delivery of program outcomes in line with funding requirements
- Leading and promoting quality, person-centered practice across the team
- Providing leadership to support the long-term vision, sustainability, and expansion of services
- Working closely with the Training & Capacity Building Team Leader to support the delivery of Hearing Voices training

**Your skills and experience**:

- We are looking for motivated self-starter who like using their initiative and feel confident to work in a new team and work environment.
- You will also have:

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant health or human services field (minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health or Peer Work)
- Lived or living experience of mental health recovery, including the ability to lead and support others from a peer perspective
- Strong understanding of complex mental health and AOD challenges, and the needs of those experiencing them
- Experience in program or project management within the community or mental health sector
- Proven leadership in supporting and developing a peer workforce
