We have an exciting leadership opportunity for a **Team Leader **in **Inner Metropolitan Melbourne** managing St. Kilda, Coburg and Moone Ponds to** **motivate and support Mentors within the **Transition To Work program **and help build and shape one of Australia’s fastest growing employment services organisations that beats to an enterprising heart.

**About the Role**

The Team Leader motivates, coaches, and supports Mentors to provide an exceptional service to jobseekers to place them into sustainable employment. The Team Leader is responsible for supporting the delivery of Transition to Work Services, ensuring operational and contractual compliance and ensuring the team achieves financial targets and KPIs.
