**Farmstay Duty Supervisor**
**$27.64 per hour Part Time**
**Paradise Country, Oxenford, Gold Coast**

**About the role**:
You will be responsible for overseeing the night operations of Farmstay operations and ensuring all park procedures and health & safety requirements are met and the appropriate service levels are maintained.

**Duties**:

- Collaborate with fellow Supervisors to ensure best business practices, key issues and daily operational needs are met ensuring park is professionally presented at all times.
- Provide superior guest service both internally & externally, demonstrating strong conflict resolution abilities.
- Work closely with the Park Manager to ensure all guests enjoy their Farmstay experience.
- Responsible for greeting and checking in of Farmstay guests and providing assistance with accommodation.
- Complete injury, incidents and accident reports and maintenance requests as required.
- Monitor technical equipment and maintenance requirements, including accommodation.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
- Self organisation, problem solving & time management skills.
- Professional and friendly disposition with a high level of guest service skills.
- Demonstrated discretion with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
