**Retail Duty Supervisor**

**The opportunity**:
You will assist with the supervision of the day to day operations, safety, cost, profitability and human resource management of the Retail Department across Village Roadshow Theme Parks, Gold Coast.

**Your day to day**:

- Work closely with the Retail Supervisor to execute opening and closing of outlets
- Monitor service standards and ensure they are maintained by team members
- Maintain a profitable level of stock in all retail outlets and investigate stock variances
- Assist with the coordination of Retail team members where responsibilities include but are not limited to resource planning, training, mentoring, performance management and conducting performance reviews
- Display knowledge of AWU/EBA agreement and ensure compliance with all conditions.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience in leading large teams
- Strong computer skills spanning Microsoft office suite
- Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable
- Minimum 2 years retail industry experience.
- Strong communication skills
