**Facilities Maintenance Supervisor**

**About the role**:
At Village Roadshow Theme Parks, safety is paramount Working within our Maintenance Departments, you will supervise in a ‘hands on’ capacity, a team of contractors and trades assistants, to deliver quality maintenance, repair and project outcomes.

**Duties**:

- Ensure preventative and daily inspection processes are adhered to
- Ensure all polices and procedures are implemented
- Manage and plan projects
- Manage contractors for Electrical, Fire, Plumbing, HVAC and Industrial Kitchens
- Engage in regular contractor meetings to ensure the highest safety standards
- Supervise a team to perform all basic unregulated plumbing, AC and refrigeration maintenance
- Identify inefficiencies in risk and budgets
- Perform basic handyman maintenance
- Work across multiple sites
- Availability to work 5 days a week and on call after hours and weekends if required
- Process all work orders and purchase requisitions associated with contractors
- Manage stock levels and ensure all work orders are completed by scheduled date

**Skills and Experience**:

- Broad trade skills along with relevant engineering or equivalent
- related trades certificate
- Industry experience in a ‘hands on’ supervisor role.
- Forklift licence and EWP ticket beneficial.
- Able to work autonomously and manage workloads
- Excellent computer skills and advanced oral and written communication.
- Knowledge of relevant standards and codes of practice
- Sound knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety requirements.
- Availability to work 5 days a week and on call in weekends if required
- Experiences with Maximo and SAP beneficial
