We would like for our new team member to have the following attributes:

- Cert III of Children's Services
- Current Blue card
- Current First aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
- Understanding of the NQF along with NQS
- Be able to build and maintain a strong and positive relationships with our families, children and other staff at the center.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written, time management and planning.

We would like to offer our new Team member the following
