Whether you're experienced in the Education or childcare sector, have done some babysitting, this is the first time you're thinking about working with children, or anything in between, THIS is the role for you Join us at our Sherwood Ridge ,Bella Vista, Kellyvil le Ridge, Baulkham Hills North PS, John Purchase PS and Oakville services.

The role in a nutshell

As a casual Educator, you will join the children in a variety of activities to encourage their curiosity and develop their well-being Ideally, you need to have skill, passion or interest to share with the children, as diverse activities and creativity is key to our ongoing success. These roles are open to those experienced in working with children, and those starting a new career.

Training and support are essential to ensure your success and will be delivered on the job and through a structured induction.

Our morning programs and now called “ Rise then Shine” - Fueling children's curious minds and growing bodies to set children up for their best day ahead, they'll be ready to learn and ready to shine.

Our afternoon programs are now called “Stay and Play” - Create meaningful connections and friendships by providing children with a place to stay and have fun after school.

This exciting opportunity covers both before and after school care hours (07:00 am - 09:00 am and 02:30 pm - 06:00 pm) Monday to Friday and Holiday Program Hours 06:30 am - 06:30 pm.

You will bring a sense of adventure, empathy and energy, as well as a meaningful teamwork approach each day.
Supervise children through participation in games & activities. Join our school holiday program with exciting excursions to the cinemas, zoo and more Teamwork and collaboration to create diverse activities.

Who are we looking for?

We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have: Enjoy working with kids. Strong and clear communication. Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children. Australian work rights.
