Sarah Group are looking for a Maintenance Officer to assist with the ongoing maintenance of commercial and residential properties.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Investment Manager and working closely with the Director’s and CEO, the Maintenance Officer’s role is to ensure all property, including grounds, buildings, furniture and fittings, owned and operated by Sarah Group are maintained to the highest standard. This role is responsible for performing all minor maintenance and assisting with the coordination of specialised maintenance as required including but not limited to;
- Grounds Maintenance -mowing, irrigation systems, pruning, fence maintenance;
- Building Maintenance -all planned preventative maintenance and repairs;
- Co-ordinating of Contractors & Tradespeople.

**About You**

The successful applicant will be an ‘all-round handyperson’ with experience working in general maintenance, possess a strong customer service mentality, be driven, flexible and passionate. They will also have the following skills and experience:

- The ability to work autonomously with exceptional time management skills;
- Good communication skills including the ability to co-ordinate contractors & external tradespeople;
- Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude; and
- Have your own tools and equipment, a current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
- Vehicle can be provided as part of overall compensation package if required

Please note that this role may require out of hours work so a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude is essential.
