We now have a super exciting opportunity for an _**entry level role**_ ideally suited to a new school leaver looking to start their working career as a _**Junior Office Trainee**_ in our Support Office. The Trainee will complete BSB30129 Cert III in Business (Customer Engagement) Traineeship as part of this new role. The role will be paid as _**Level 1 under the Clerical Award**_.
**About the Role**
The _**Junior Office Trainee**_ will be responsible for supporting the Central Operations Manager and other Support Office leaders to provide efficient and effective support to the retail and manufacturing teams. The role is vital to the company's success through ensuring the Retail, Wholesale and Manufacturing teams are supported.
While studying your Cert III, you will also learn all parts of our business while being in the Support Office including Retail Operations, IT, Marketing, People and Culture and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
Retail/Central Ops:
- Daily Health Check Report - delivery partners and updating of issues
- Preparing new store collateral
- Licensee queries and support
- Sending factory and support office stock orders
Wholesale:
- Raising credits
- Sending pick slips for pie orders
- Sending delivery manifests to Triumph
- Monitoring orders from daily customers
Marketing:
- NPS team update and customer feedback distribution
Team Support:
- Weekly Centrals Ops update
- Weekly ordering
- Ordering office supplies and equipment
- Updating master contacts list and new store information
Our Customers:
- Sponsorship/donation requests
- Bulk order and fundraising orders coordination
- Google review replies
- Info general enquiries/feedback/QA submissions
- RedCat tax invoice retrieval
- Missing MyJam points
What you’ll need:
This junior role is perfect for a new school leaver wanting to complete a traineeship, or someone taking a gap year as an office all-rounder. You will have:
- Previous retail experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Ability to learn a range of technology platforms
- Flexible approach to work including being self-directed and highly motivated to complete tasks as required
- Motivated and passionate with great time-management skills
- A can-do approach to work
- Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Adaptability

**Salary**: $14.99 - $16.78 per hour
