We're offering an exciting Junior Medical Receptionist Traineeship — the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification.

About the Role:

As a Junior Medical Receptionist Trainee, you'll be the welcoming face of our clinic. You'll learn the ins and outs of running a busy medical practice while providing exceptional service to our patients.

Your duties will include:

  • Greeting and assisting patients in person and over the phone
  • Managing appointments and patient records
  • Supporting doctors and nurses with administrative tasks
  • Processing Medicare and Workers Compensation billing
  • Maintaining a clean and organised reception area

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive attitude and professional presentation
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

No prior experience is required — full training and support will be provided.
