Are you looking to start a career in the automotive aftermarket industry? HSP 4x4, an Australian-owned leader in 4x4 and ute accessories, is offering an exciting opportunity for a **Junior Trainee Accessories Fitter** to join our growing team

This is a **hands-on, full-time position** with fast-paced training that could see you earning **$65,000 - $70,000 per annum** within 12 months.

**What You'll Do**:

- Assist in the fitting of accessories to 4x4 and utility vehicles
- Learn how to fit canopies, ute lids, and more (full training provided)
- Maintain high attention to detail, ensuring quality assurance of finished products
- Support the troubleshooting and problem-solving processes
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures

**What We're Looking For**:

- Strong work ethic with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skills and time management
- Attention to detail and a desire to deliver top-quality work
- No prior experience required, just a willingness to learn and grow
- A valid Australian driver’s license is preferred
