**About the Team**
The HR Shared Solutions Department is an integral part of the People and Culture Group and is focused on creating HR frameworks and developing strategic HR initiatives that support Penske Australia and New Zealand's overall people goals. Specialised areas in the team include (but are not limited to): Remuneration and Benefits, Reward and Recognition, Employee Engagement and Listening, Reporting and Data Insights, HR Systems and Solutions, as well as Payroll Operations.
**Your New Opportunity**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support and administration across our remuneration & benefits and reward & recognition (RBRR) programs.
- Seek ways to continually improve our RBRR programs, which can include through design and implementation of templates, tool, and processes.
- Administer and support cyclical remuneration reviews and incentive programs.
- Provide job evaluation and remuneration benchmarking support and advice.
- Promote and oversee employee benefits and recognition programs that contribute to our EVP.
- Provide data analysis and reporting across the HR Shared Solutions portfolio.
- Support the engagement survey and other listening programs
**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or demonstrated experience.
- Experience in managing HR programs in remuneration & benefits or rewards & recognition space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to build strong relationships and be a natural collaborator/team player.
- Be highly motivated and have a continuous improvement mindset.
- Be passionate about data integrity and confidentiality.
- Previous HRIS experience required (Chris21 preferred) and strong reporting skills with an innate ability to manipulate, analyse and interpret data.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
