**Here’s what we need from you**:

- Degree qualification (or close to completion) in Software Engineering, IT or Environmental Science
- A strong interest in software products
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, to all levels of the organisation
- Previous support desk experience is advantageous
- SQL skills an advantage

**The fine print of this gig**:
You will report to the Project Services Lead, and be based at our Adelaide office in Australia. Your role will be to provide service desk and other support services for our Environmental Data Management software product, EnviroSys. Your tasks will include:

- Support ticket triage
- Take service desk phone calls
- Perform Level 1, 2, and 3 incident resolution
- Perform Product Administration tasks
- Assist in management of support ticket queue including SLAs and priorities
