Adelaide SA, Australia acQuire Technology Solutions Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

You will report to the Project Services Lead and be based at our Adelaide office. As a Support Specialist, you will provide service desk and other support services for EnviroSys, our Environmental Data Management software product.

Here's what we need from you
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Environmental discipline, or other relevant field
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all level
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills that are appropriate for a business-to-business context
  • Previous support desk experience is desirable
  • SQL skills are advantageous

Note: This role does not involve software development, coding, or cyber security operations.

Here's what you'll do
  • Perform support ticket triage
  • Take service desk phone calls
  • Perform Level 1, 2, and 3 incident resolution
  • Perform product administration tasks
  • Assist in management of support ticket queues, including SLAs and priorities
  • Engage with end users to understand issues, reproduce errors, and document product defects or feature requests
