**The Role**
You will have a trouble shooter mindset and love working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Clients have issues and you need to resolve them - professionally, quickly and accurately while calmly defusing and managing the client’s expectations.

**You**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in customer service excellence
- Payroll processing experience would be a bonus
- An enquiring and analytical mind with the proven capacity to quickly learn complex software
- A positive, flexible and can-do attitude with the ability to multitask
- A desire for constant learning with the ability to listen and comprehend complex processes.
