About the role:

Clarity Partners is partnering with a high-performing, privately-owned brokerage with more than four decades of success in the insurance market, which is now expanding its corporate division by appointing an experienced Corporate Account Manager to service a portfolio of top-tier clients and strengthen its corporate offering.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Corporate Director and supported by three direct reports, you will:

  • Manage and grow a corporate client portfolio, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
  • Analyse client risks and provide tailored coverage solutions.
  • Negotiate with insurers to secure favourable terms and pricing.
  • Oversee policy administration, renewals, and amendments with accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a small team, supporting their professional growth.
  • Build strong, ongoing client relationships through proactive advice and regular contact.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years in a Corporate Account Manager role, with further industry experience highly regarded.
  • Tier 1 accreditation (essential).
  • Technical expertise across corporate insurance lines.
  • Experience leading client meetings and delivering presentations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
