**The Company**
We've partnered with a professional and friendly insurance broking house that has an exciting digital transformation project in current development.
They provide a diverse range of general insurance services, and specialise in PI for IT, Architecture, Engineering and Aviation.
**The Role**
- Manage an enviable P.I portfolio of SME and midmarket Cyber clients as well as various other industries such as, Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Aviation.
- Act as the lead advisor to a client portfolio that relies on your expertise and guidance, with full support from senior management
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify, manage and execute new client opportunities
- Grow the existing portfolio organically through quality service delivery and referral network
- Cultivate and manager key relationships with Underwriters and Insurers
- Delegation of tasks to junior staff members in a clear and coherent manner
**About You**
This could suit a Broker Assistant that is looking for their next step into an Account Executive position whilst learning and developing from a team highly experienced team of Brokers.
This could also suit an experienced Account Executive that is looking for their next step into an Account Manager position who would like exposure to a more challenging portfolio.
**What we’re looking for**
- + 2 - 5 years’ experience as a Broker Assistant or Account Executive
- Tier 1 Qualification
- A strong understanding of general insurance products
- A flexible approach to solution driven client consulting
- A willingness & commitment to learn
