Our client is a smart indie media agency based in Brisbane's CBD. They help clients find their audience faster and more accurately, targeting people with a higher propensity to buy. Our mission is to deliver better results with smarter media investments—less waste, more insight, and confident decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing- Support internal teams by prioritising tasks and resolving basic issues.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain accurate records, manage job openings, and ensure supplier invoices are correct.
- Generate contact reports and assist with billing and invoice reconciliation.
- Attend WIP meetings and contribute to strategy execution.
- Ensure quality assurance and technical support for media integrations.
- Embrace continuous improvement and feedback.
- A "can do" attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- 1 years' experience in a media, advertising or communications agency in an account service role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and respond positively to feedback.
- Competence in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
- Aptitude for learning and openness to constructive feedback.
- Skills in relationship building and customer service.
