We are seeking to secure an exceptional Account Executive to join our high performing sales team. This role will be based in Brisbane, QLD.
The role requires the drive and dedication to continuously build and develop long term relationships with our customer’s organisations.
**_About the role:_**
The Account Executive is accountable for the commercial relationship between blueAPACHE and a dedicated portfolio of blueAPACHE’s customers.
As a trusted partner, the Account Executive will proactively seek to understand our customer’s technology roadmaps, and where blueAPACHE solutions and services can be aligned.
**Requirements**:
- Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of our customers
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and stakeholder management
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their business objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Identify new opportunities and identify where risks or potential improvements can be addressed, resulting in increased sales/revenue and growth within accounts, and the ongoing retention and satisfaction of the customer.
- Proven experience as a trusted Account Executive
- Experience in Sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with customers
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Excellent organisational skills
- A minimum of 5 years of Account Management and Business-to-Business experience
- Experience in the IT industry or roles relating to IT
- Strong business skills in terms of running meetings with clients, business writing and verbal communications
