**About the Role**:
We are actively seeking the talents of an innovative and engaging individual to join our Technology Remote Operations Centre (TROC) team as the Superintendent Systems and Reporting based at our Perth Offices working on a Monday - Friday roster.

Reporting to the Manager OT Operations TROC, this role presents a terrific opportunity to lead a team of Principals and Specialists across Australia that develop systems and reporting capabilities to support the TROC 24x7, Priority Support Services (PSS) and broader operational technology teams.

In this diverse leadership role, you will:

- Manage the team to focus on the work that matters using well-defined and executed Performance Boards and routines.
- Define and provide clear and simple views of both Team and Service performance across the core work cycles. (Including both Internal teams and External Vendors)
- Lead work with the Service Owners to create work instructions, trigger action response plans and knowledge articles to improve response and recovery times of Critical Services
- Govern the process for transition of services to TROC at the required quality
- Develop and maintain training programs for the 24x7 and PSS teams
- Identify Safety Field Leadership activity requirements within the streams based on performance and quality metrics.
- Act as a representative between the Technology Mines Operational teams and any reporting requirements. This includes producing the data to cater for the requirement and working with the Operational teams to ensure commentary is accurate. (EOM reports, etc)

**About our Team**:
The TROC team purpose is to prevent or minimise safety and production impacts to our Assets caused by failure in critical technology services and consists of over 100 team members. The Systems and Reporting function sits within the TROC structure and supports the 24/7 Technology support, Change Scheduling and Planning, Trainee and Internship program teams.

The Systems & Reporting team’s purpose is to empower TROC to execute their work efficiently and effectively.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced and skilled professional with outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You are team oriented, and results focused with genuine passion for mentoring and coaching others to achieve results.

In addition, we are ideally looking for the following skills and experience:

- IT/OT experience or Trade/Tertiary qualification in Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
- Demonstrated Leadership experience
- ITIL Knowledge / ServiceNow (or familiarity with ITSM systems)
- Demonstrated ability managing multiple conflicting priorities and strong decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise effectively and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships at all levels
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and understanding root causes
- Ability to support and grow a culture of diversity within the team
- Highly logical thinker and skilled in identifying issues/problems
- Previous experience working in an IT Operations Centre is desirable along with working with technology mining teams and workflows.
