Leading a team of Environmental Advisors and reporting to the Manager Health, Safety, Environment and Training the
- purpose of the Environment Superintendent role is to develop, implement and maintain processes to ensure that the
- operations of Perilya Broken Hill comply with all environmental legislative requirements. In this key leadership role, the
- Environment Superintendent will be responsible for;- Ensuring all corporate and statutory reports are completed in time
- Planned rehabilitation targets are carried out
- Processes are in place to assist operations achieve zero non-compliance to the requirements of relevant legislation
- Ensure that critical documents are tracked and renewal processes are completed in time to ensure continuity of
- compliance- Current documents are available through the electronic information systems
- Information management processes comply with statutory needs
- Audits provide evidence of compliance and develop corrective action plans to address any issues
- Individual and team personal development goals for the team are achieved.
